Only Goods bought from this site can be returned. The Goods must be returned to the address provided within 14 days of your receipt of those goods in the same condition in which they were sent to you (tags, stickers and labels intact) and then the returns policy will apply. You will be liable for paying the postage charge for returning non-faulty items. We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage of the goods in case of loss.
When using a postal service with insurance or tracking as the goods will remain your responsibility until we have confirmation of your return. Note that the delivery cost you originally paid is non-refundable unless we have sent you an incorrect item.
We will normally refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay for your goods. If the goods were paid for by using a card which has since been cancelled or has expired we will send a cheque to your billing address.. If we are making a refund, we will usually do so as soon as possible and, in any case, within 28 days of the day on which we received the returned goods in question from you.
If you wish to obtain a refund because of a defect in the goods, you will be refunded in full provided that we are satisfied that the defect is genuine and that we cannot replace the goods within a reasonable period of time.
Items purchased in the Sale or Clearance can be returned to us via the standard Returns method up to 14 days from the original date of purchase (or, in the case of online orders, up to 14 days from the date of dispatch). We are happy to process an Exchange or Refund for Sale and Clearance items, provided they are returned within the required timeframe.
